Shotgun Shells - Eggstremegrills

Preparation

- Mix the minced meat with the grated young cheese, egg and BBQ rub/spices.
- Fill the cannellonis first with the mozzarella ball. Place this in the centre of the pasta. After this, fill both sides with the minced meat mixture. Proceed carefully as the cannellonis are fragile.
- After filling the Cannelloni's, wrap them well with bacon, making sure the whole round is wrapped. After this, season the shotgun shells again lightly with some BBQ rub.
- Make sure you prepare the BBQ for indirect heat around 120 degrees. The BBQ time for this dish is around an hour. First cook the shotgun shells for 10-15 minutes to allow the bacon to get slightly crispy. After this, start smearing the shotgun shells with glaze/sauce. Repeat this 2-3 times during the cooking process and apply generously.
- After you remove the Shotgun shells from the BBQ, they are ready to serve.

- 2 packets of long strips of bacon
- 400 gr minced beef
- 1 packet of mini buffalo mozzerella
- 75 gr gr grated young cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp 71 EldurApi Sweet BBQ Glaze
- 200 ml BBQ sauce
