Steak with meat herbs

Preparation

  1. Wrap the washed potatoes in the aluminum foil, place on the BBQ, 200 gr 1 hour.
  2. In the meantime, we can coat the steak with meat marinade and season with meat herbs, this on both sides.
  3. Mix the soft butter with vegetable herbs, fresh garden herbs and a clove of garlic.
  4. Grill the steak on the cast iron grid, add some red wine barrel chips via the woodchipper.
  5. Grill the steaks on both sides for 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare the young lettuce with olive oil and vegetable herbs.
  7. Serve the herb butter on top of the potatoes.
