Steak with meat herbs

Preparation
- Wrap the washed potatoes in the aluminum foil, place on the BBQ, 200 gr 1 hour.
- In the meantime, we can coat the steak with meat marinade and season with meat herbs, this on both sides.
- Mix the soft butter with vegetable herbs, fresh garden herbs and a clove of garlic.
- Grill the steak on the cast iron grid, add some red wine barrel chips via the woodchipper.
- Grill the steaks on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the young lettuce with olive oil and vegetable herbs.
- Serve the herb butter on top of the potatoes.
