The EldurApi 12 Provencial Herbs consist of a mix of characteristic herbs from Mediterranean cuisine such as thyme, savory, rosemary and sage. This will provide every dish with a delicious Mediterranean aroma and give it a deliciously intense but most of all special flavour. Mix 1 tablespoon of herbs with 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil and roll the pieces of meat and fish to be roasted in it or sprinkle it on the relevant ingredient as desired. Store tightly sealed in a dry place at room temperature.
