EldurApi Fish marinade
Marinating fish not only improves the flavor, but also makes the texture a lot smoother. EldurApi's marinades contain oil, which provides a nice binding to the ingredients. Coat the fish in the marinade (100 g/kg) and let it marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator to provide your fish with a nice full flavor.
