EldurApi Injection mix fish
The EldurApi Fish injection mix is composed of a unique blend of herbs and spices such as. By injecting the fish to the core it gets a rich refined flavor. Pike, salmon. trout and suckers are ideal for this, but other types of fish are also excellent for injection from the inside. Dissolve 25g of mix in 75ml of water, draw up the liquid mix with a syringe and inject that fish. The injection mix can also be used dry by sprinkling the mix directly over the desired ingredient. Store tightly sealed in a dry place at room temperature.
