Injecting the meat mix is the most efficient way to add extra flavor and juiciness to a piece of meat. Both larger and smaller pieces can be marinated from within. Dissolve 25g of mix in 75ml of water, draw up the liquid mix with a syringe and inject. The injection mix can also be used dry by sprinkling the mix directly over the desired ingredient. The unique composition of sugar, pilipili and nutmeg gives the meat an enormous taste sensation. Store the meat mix tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature.
